Ladders - 2 Feet in each / 1 Foot in each / Rt. Foot Hop / Left
Foot Hop / Shuffle / Over 3 - Back 1

Reactive x 4 Reps @ 10 – 15 seconds

 
Track Work
Jog – Rotate – Hammer - 8 Reps @ 50 – 60 yards
